For those who are into the heavy stuff. On my site I put a demo from a friends band. It isnt really extremely that heavy like death metal or anything but along the lines of Atreyu and other post hardcore bands.

I know the vocals are a bit weak, I bust on my friend every so often telling him they need to get a new singer. Everyone pretty much says the same thing, but they are still making some decent noise around the area.

Check it out.

I guess so, more now than never... Here's a word from the band's leader himself:

A sport is a competitive athletic activity requiring skill or physical prowess.

An athletic activity is an activity requiring strength, stamina, and/or agility.

I'm pretty sure most competitive video games require stamina and agility, and there are some that require strength. Plus, they require skill. ;)

Edit: Yeah, I'm an idiot.

I'm sure that would make MUCH more sense if you posted it in the right thread.

Led Zep - Ten Years Gone

And I hear ya, FF. I always was a fan of the Stones and Beatles. Still nothing nowadays compares to them.

Although, I still feel if Guns and Roses didn't end up being neurotic, they would have come close to their status. I don't know if I would ever consider them an "influential" band but they sure gave an adrenaline shot in the arm for the music scene at the time and had a real wide range of style. We could use something like that again.

Damn, they kicked ass! I really miss that. :(
